    60% of all orders sent contaminated goods, The seller says it's natural because I bought a cheap product. He also said that PVC is a normal product because it is originally contaminated. I was completely exhausted during a month of tedious claims.

You are saying the goods are most defective but can not prove them, just because it is a better excuse to ask seller to return all payment. Even we propose a solution that make up for all defective goods for free, you still refuse any other solutions except retuan all payment. Even when you talked with Alibaba service, they review all our record and they see we keep text you, phone you in everyday for 10 days ,but no reply from you to get your shipping address, then we miss the delievry in your expected date. we are sorry about the delay but we can not afford the lose because the delay you casued.
